LICENTIES

HELPSITES werkt in SAAS mode en is beschikbaar in het Nederlands, Engels, Frans, Duits, Vietnamees en Chinees (traditioneel en vereenvoudigd).

Toegangen en licentiebeheer

Dankzij zijn nauwkeurige toegangsbeheer biedt HELPSITES  u de mogelijkheid om de functionaliteiten te delen met een groot aantal gebruikers, zowel intern als extern. Zij krijgen dan toegang tot de functionaliteiten die ze nodig hebben in hun toegewezen omgeving.

ADMIN

Deze licenties bieden toegang tot alle functionaliteiten (zowel vaste als mobiele) van HELPSITES .

MANAGER

Deze licenties bieden toegang tot alle functionaliteiten, maar dan enkel op de sites toegekend aan de Manager.

INPUT USER

Deze licenties staan toe dat de user incidenten, in zijn toegekende sites, creëert en opvolgt.

THIRD PARTY ACCESS

Toegang tot de portaalsite “Incidents” voor de bewoners en tot de portaalsite “Interveners” voor de dienstverleners.
