LICENSES

HELPSITES works in SAAS mode and is available in English, French, Dutch, German, Vietnamese and Chinese (traditional and simplified).

Access and licenses management

Thanks to its very acute access management, HELPSITES  allows you to open its functionalities to a large number of users, internal or external, who will have access to the features they need in their assigned environment.

ADMIN

These licenses provide access to all features (static and mobile) of HELPSITES.

MANAGER

These licenses allow the use of the application and its features on the sites assigned to the person.

INPUT USER

These licences allow the user to create and follow incidents in the sites assigned to him.

THIRD PARTY ACCESS

Access to “Incidents” portal for the occupants and to “Interveners” portal for the providers.

The costs are linked to an annual subscription, with billing and payment at start-up.

If you prefer a monthly subscription, the price per month is 30 € for an Input user, 75 € for a Manager, 100 € for an Admin.
