HELPSITES IN 6 STEPS
Depending on his access to HELPSITES, everyone can report and document the incidents he identifies through his smartphone, tablet or via the Web portal.
As soon as an incident has been created, a request for intervetion(s) may be addressed (from the office or on-site) to providers. HELPSITES proposes the most suitable provider(s).
The provider receives the request for intervention, along with all the information about the incident, per e-mail aswel as on the mobile app and the web portal. Provider's response will instantly change the status of the incident and of the required intervention.
Via the mobile app or the web portal, the provider documents and updates the status of his intervention.
The lists of incidents and interventions are constantly updated and programmable filters help tracking and reporting. Pre-programmed mails and reports facilitate communication between the stakeholders.
Data are stored and accessible forever. They can be exported to Excel or extracted by using the existing API.
